Michael Jackson: Daughter Paris congratulated her "old man" on his birthday

Michael Jackson, who died in 2009, would have celebrated his 62nd birthday on August 29th. His daughter Paris congratulates the pop legend.

Although he died more than ten years ago, Michael Jackson (1958-2009, "Billie Jean") is still an integral part of the world of pop music. The singer, who is still considered the undisputed "King of Pop", would have turned 62 on August 29th. On Instagram, family and famous friends thought of Jackson.

"Happy birthday old man"

His daughter Paris Jackson, 22, shared an edited photo of her next to her father and wrote, "Happy birthday, old man". The singer's sister, Janet Jackson (54), has meanwhile published a picture that simply shows the words "I miss you, big brother" and a kiss emoji.

Famous friends and colleagues also signed up for the King of Pop's birthday. Supermodel Naomi Campbell (50) posted several pictures of the two together and said that the "legend" will always stay in her heart. Lionel Richie (71) said to his "dear friend": "You had an incredible talent and we shared an amazing journey together. You gave the world such inspiring music. I miss you deeply."

Last but not least, Jackson's female counterpart came forward. Madonna (62), the "Queen of Pop", also published a photo in which the two can be seen together. "Happy birthday to the only true (king)," she wrote about what she represented with a crown emoji.
