Michael Wendler: Singer expresses himself in live stream on the "DSDS" exit

Michael Wendler reported back in a live stream on Instagram. In it he explained his "DSDS" exit.

Pop singer Michael Wendler (48, "No matter") was live on Instagram on Tuesday (November 17th) for 26 minutes. In the run-up to this, he had advertised his live switch from his office in his home in Florida as "important news". But the bottom line was that there were only the same conspiracy theories about the corona pandemic and the US election.

So it came to his "DSDS" exit

But first he wanted to explain what "was going on in the last few weeks". This meant mainly his surprising exit from "Deutschland sucht den Superstar". He expressly thanked RTL for the "good cooperation". The request from "DSDS" was a milestone in his career. In addition, Dieter Bohlen (55, "Brother Louie") is a "very, very great person" with whom he would have got along well.

Since the entry restrictions to the USA were relaxed during the "DSDS" shoot, he went back to the USA with his wife Laura (20) during a break in filming, as she could only enter with him. In advance he had communicated to RTL that he did not want to return to Germany and to "DSDS" if the federal government would order a second lockdown. During his stay in the USA, his "informants" portrayed it in such a way that a lockdown was planned. Out of concern, he then no longer flew back to Germany.

He believes in Donald Trump

During the stream, which had almost 34,000 viewers at its peak, his explanations were accompanied by the same crude theories about the corona pandemic. He also took the line of still-US President Donald Trump (74) that the US election had been manipulated. In this context, Wendler spoke of an "unparalleled electoral fraud" and he believed that almost no one in America voted for Joe Biden (77).

However, he does not want to be called a corona denier. After all, he believes that the virus exists. But he doesn't want the media to get him down, after all he is "indestructible" and has already seen a lot in his life. The end of his career as predicted by the media is also "complete nonsense".

Wendler did not respond to the latest statements by his now ex-manager Markus Krampe (44). Krampe had confirmed on "Sat.1 Breakfast TV" on Tuesday (November 17th) that he thought the singer was "sick" and that hard times would be ahead for him and his wife Laura.
