", wrote Marc Gozlan, visibly upbeat, before adding: "Readers will judge!" hashtag tracking "# EtLaDéontologieDansToutÇa #press or #journalism". Apologies from Michel Cymes

Used to scandals and mea-culpa, Michel Cymes immediately wanted to give his version of the facts. The host updated, at 4:50 p.m., the article accompanying the excerpt from the program posted on the RTL site, in order to explain his approach: "At the opening of my show last Sunday, as often, I picked up some unusual news or anecdotes from the press", he admitted before returning to the accusations of his colleague: "It goes without saying that I am quoting my sources whether they are newspaper articles or scientific journals. This time, taken by the flow of the show, I did not, I therefore apologize to the author of the resumed info, Marc Gozlan, and the site that hosts his blog, LeMonde.fr ", he said.

Marc Gozlan also asked RTL to pay him for the work provided: "He committed double plagiarism: writing AND audio. He not only copied my blog post but also read the beginning of my text on the air.", he added. The channel has yet to react, however.
