Former first lady Michelle Obama (56) gets her own podcast on Spotify. The starting shot for "The Michelle Obama Podcast" is July 29, as the music streaming service announced on Thursday. The focus is on personal conversations with guests, which are primarily about family relationships, raising children, marriage and health issues.
"My hope is that the series can be a place to find meaningful topics together and sort out the many questions that we all try to answer in our lives," said Michelle Obama. The 56-year-old wife of ex-US President Barack Obama (58) also shares the news on her Instagam account. With the podcast, she wants to help the audience "open new conversations with the people who are most important to them." Guests include her mother Marian Robinson (82), her older brother Craig (58) and top-class TV faces such as moderator Conan O'Brien (57).
