Pop star Mickie Krause performed in Namibia on Friday. The concert with 600 guests became three "corona compliant" with 50 guests each.

Pop star Mickie Krause (50, "Schatzi give me a photo") gave a concert with his colleague Peter Wackel (44) on Friday in Namibia, Africa. It was a "benefit concert – stars under Africa's stars", as the Ballermann bard writes on his Instagram account.

On the photos and the video in feed and stories, the singer and his guests can be seen celebrating cautiously. "If it was originally a concert with 600 guests, there are now three corona-compliant concerts with 50 guests each, who contribute to the construction of new schools with their admission tickets", explains Krause about his "small but fine concert in Namibia" and the good one Purpose behind it.

"Safety distance was kept"

Although the guests appear close together on the footage, the singer gives the all-clear. "The 50 people sat at eight tables, per table at most from two households. These were primarily families," he told the "Bild" newspaper. "It was not allowed to dance and the safety distance was kept", continues Krause.

"For me and Peter (Wackel) it was like balm for our soul to finally be able to perform again. It actually makes little difference whether we perform in front of 50 or 50,000 people," he enthuses, playing on the Corona unusual performances on the Balearic island of Mallorca, Spain.
