Micropole: Dorval AM falls below 5% of the votes


(CercleFinance.com) – Dorval Asset Management, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on August 16, the threshold of 5% of Micropole’s voting rights, by following a sale of shares on the market.

The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 1,480,274 Micropole shares representing the same number of voting rights, ie 5.09% of the capital and 4.20% of the voting rights of this IT services company.
