(CercleFinance.com) – Microsoft announces that it has completed the acquisition of Nuance Communication, a specialist in conversational AI and ambient intelligence in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, retail and telecommunications.
“Customers will benefit from improved experiences for consumers, patients, clinicians, and employees, and ultimately improved productivity and financial performance,” Microsoft said.
Mark Benjamin will remain Nuance General Manager and report to Microsoft Cloud + AI Group Executive Vice President Scott Guthrie.
