On the night of September 28th to September 29th, Microsoft had to struggle with a malfunction that affected several Microsoft 365 services. Among other things, users could not access their e-mails via Outlook and communication via teams was not possible. The error now seems to have been largely resolved.
"We are investigating a problem that affects several Microsoft 365 services," the US company said shortly before midnight German time. When many users start working in Germany around 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m., most users should now be able to access the services again.
Microsoft announced after a few hours that the problem had been completely resolved and that all users should be able to log in again shortly. According to the company, a problem with an innovation had apparently caused the disruption, which has now been removed.
