The Microsoft Teams software, which is often used for team planning, experienced a malfunction on Friday morning. There are problems especially with video conferences.
The Microsoft Teams platform, which is optimized for both video conferences and collaborative work, currently only works to a limited extent for many users. Problems with the software are reported to us via our fault reporter for Microsoft Teams.
Connection problems primarily occur early on Friday morning, and video calls and normal calls are also apparently severely affected by the disruption. There are also occasional problems with the PC app, although these could also relate to connection difficulties.
We do not know the reason for the disruption at the time of this report. The operators have not published a statement on the official Microsoft Teams website or on the associated X channel.

But it’s not just Teams users who are currently reporting problems to us. At the same time, other Microsoft services no longer work properly. These include Outlook and Microsoft Office 365, among others.
