Microsoft will use ChatGPT to make Bing more accessible

Microsoft wants to improve the user experience on Bing in order to catch up with Google. According to The Informationthis could involve the integration of the chatbot ChatGPT from OpenAI.

The tool would allow Bing to present its search results in a more “friendly” way.

A long-time project?

According to several sources of The Information, Microsoft is reportedly planning to integrate ChatGPT functionality into its Bing search engine. Lagging behind Google at this level, Microsoft has, since 2019, invested $1 billion in the company founded as an association by Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Ilya Sutskever, Greg Brockman and Wojciech Zaremba.
