Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes – Definitive Edition will clash on consoles and PC this summer

A true video game DeLorean, Dotemu is tough on all fronts of nostalgia. Streets of Rage 4, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, Windjammers 2… And while waiting for the revisit of the saga Metal Slug in tactical-RPG style with Metal Slug Tacticsthe French souvenir box comes to occupy the field with Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes – Definitive Edition. A little gem of a puzzle-RPG designed by Capybara Games in 2009, its 2023 version will come back with a nice facelift, both in terms of graphics and gameplay.

It will clash

The title will benefit from an AI overhaul as well as a graphical overhaul, for a smoother look, but which will retain the very “Lodoss-like” visual identity of the original game. Connoisseurs can be reassured, the DNA of the title will be preserved. Turn-based confrontations requiring a sense of ironclad strategy will always be part of the game, driving a rough scenario that takes place just before the events of Heroes of Might and Magic V. These tactical battles can be fought against the AI or against human players (up to 4 in local multiplayer). Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes – Definitive Edition will be enhanced with its DLC I Am the Bosswhich will embody the four bosses of the game (Azexez, Count Carlyle, Ludmilla and Azh-Rafir), as well as a newcomer cut out for multiplayer (Euni the Archdruid).

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes – Definitive Editionof which Ubisoft is the beneficiary, should land on PS4, PC and Switch during the summer of 2023.
