The reality star and “Sommerhaus” participant Mike Cees-Monballijn has suffered a nervous breakdown.
After hateful comments on social media, the “Summer House of the Stars” candidate Mike Cees-Monballijn (33) suffered a nervous breakdown. The reality star, who can be seen on the show with his wife Michelle Monballijn (42), has that, told the “Bild” newspaper.
“I collapsed this morning. I have no more strength and am paralyzed,” explains Cees-Monballijn. And further: “The pressure and the hostility after the broadcast of the summer house make me sick right now, I am also in psychological treatment.” It goes to him “according to the circumstances”.
The couple would now like to stay away from social media for a few days. “I’ve already given up on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter,” explains the 33-year-old. Everything is “just too much at once”. His wife Michelle also recommended that he go to a clinic.
“Sommerhaus” star hires a lawyer
The 33-year-old met a lot of criticism on social media for how he treated his wife on the show – including after demanding that she stay away from Mola Adebisi (48), who is also on the show participates. The presenter and the actress had a liaison around 15 years ago.
According to the report, Cees-Monballijn hired a lawyer to crack down on hate speech. RTL reports that he even received death threats. in the Conversation with the broadcaster Cees-Monballijn and his wife talked about it. She also makes it clear that he is not a “perpetrator” and she is not a “victim”. “Cyber-bullying has to be taken seriously because you never know who is behind it, behind these accounts. That’s why we are taking massive action against it,” explains the reality star.
