Miley Cyrus will release her new single on Friday. She presented an excerpt from "Midnight Sky" on Instagram and Twitter.
Reason for joy for all fans of Miley Cyrus (27, "Nothing Breaks Like A Heart"). The US singer announced on Thursday (August 6) with a series of social media posts on twitter and Instagram the release date of their new single "Midnight Sky". The song will be released this coming Friday (August 14th).
"She is finally here"
"I know it feels like you've been waiting forever … but no longer … She's finally here," wrote Liam Hemsworth's ex-wife (30, "The Hunger Games") next to a photo in which she sings into a microphone in 1980s-style make-up. The recording is probably the single cover of "Midnight Sky".

Two more posts followed on Saturday (August 8), presenting the first scenes from the accompanying music video and a musical excerpt from the song. In the clip, Cyrus wears a black body with a glittering Chanel chain, gloves set with gemstones and high heels. There are also rhinestones stuck to her ankle, which form the letters YSL – the abbreviation of the French fashion company Yves Saint Laurent.
