Minecraft update: the expected Wild Update and its mangroves and swamps released via patch 1.19, the Java Edition and the Bedrock Edition now united on PC

The mad adventure of Minecraft is far from over. The latest edition of Minecraft Live had allowed us to learn of the arrival of an update Caves & Cliffs: Part I for last November, and above all an even more ambitious follow-up in terms of content for 2022, The Wild Update.

Patch 1.19 introducing this “wild” content to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and Minecraft: Java Edition has finally been deployed this Tuesday, to the delight of fans. He brings 2 exclusive biomes, namely dark swamps and deep mangroves4 creatures (the GuardianI’Allaythe frog and the tadpole), new blocks, including the sculpt, mangrove wood and mud, or chests on boats to store our resources during explorations. All of this content is on display in the launch trailer above.

Update : Microsoft announces in stride that it will now sell together on PC Minecraft: Java Editionthe original edition on personal computers, and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, the console content-based version that was also available on personal computers. Those who already have one or the other of the editions on the Microsoft Store will unlock the other for free in a few days, and both editions will now be sold in the same package for Windows. Thus, PC players can easily juggle between the content of the 2 variants to play in cross play with the whole community.
