Mint signs its first purchase agreement

Mint continues to chart its course in the landscape of energy suppliers
alternatives in France. At the end of 2022, the company thus became responsible
equilibrium and has just concluded its first Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or
mutual agreement with an independent producer.

Since December 20, 2022, Mint has included in its balance perimeter the
Brachy wind farm in the Seine Maritime department, in Normandy.
The site is owned by Kallista Energy, which operates independently in the
production of renewable energy from wind and solar since 2005.
