Stars from the German comedy scene say goodbye to Mirco Nontschew, who surprisingly passed away, on social media.

The surprising death of Mirco Nontschew (1969-2021) sparked a wave of sadness on social media. Numerous celebrities, with whom the comedian stood in front of the camera again and again over the years, bid farewell to the “RTL Saturday Night” star, who died at the age of only 52.

Hugo Egon Balder is “infinitely sad”

“Mirco was the first to be brought into the team by Jacky and me as producers of ‘RTL Saturday Night’. I am stunned, infinitely sad and now just mute”, writes Hugo Egon Balder (71) on Instagram. In addition, the moderator shared an old photo that shows the former crew of “RTL Saturday Night” with Nontschew.

Tommy Krappweis (49), with whom Nontschew also shot for “RTL Saturday Night” for several years, wishes his former colleague on twitter a “good trip” and recalls a quote from comedian Wigald Boning (54): “Once per broadcast, God pointed to Mirco and said, ‘You are now the funniest person in the world for three minutes’.”

TV presenter, author and podcaster Nilz Bokelberg (45) is also gripped by Nontschew’s death: “Oh man, that catches me a lot more than I thought. Have a good trip Mirco Nontschew and thank you for being there. You have this world made a whole lot better “, he tweeted.

Mario Barth mourns the loss of “friend Mirco”

For comedian Ingmar Stadelmann (41), Nontschew was “the funniest”. “Rest in peace,” he writes also via Twitter. Comedian Mario Barth (49) shared on Instagram several joint photos of himself and Nontschew. He was “paralyzed” and “full of deep sorrow” and said goodbye “not only to one of the greatest and by far the best and nicest colleagues, but also to the person and friend Mirco. There are no words for this insane loss”.

Ralf Schmitz will miss that

Comedian Ralf Schmitz (47), with whom Nontschew was seen in the “7 dwarfs” films, remembers on Instagram back to her funniest moments: “When the camera wasn’t on and we messed up, you and I often laughed so hard that we couldn’t breathe and had to put on our masks again. I’ll miss that unbelievably. I will unbelievably miss, big guy! “

For Chris Tall (30), Nontschew was also “one of the greatest”. “It tears my heart apart! My condolences and a lot of strength to the bereaved”, the comedian writes to one shared Instagram photo of himself and Nontschew.
