Mirja du Mont calls on her fans to prevent skin cancer.

Mirja du Mont revealed on Instagram that she has skin cancer. The basalioma has already been removed in an operation.
Mirja du Mont (45) was diagnosed with skin cancer, as the 45-year-old wrote in an Instagram story. In the past week she was at the preventive care “because I discovered a changed area of skin on the stomach”. After a sample was taken, du Mont was found to have white skin cancer. “It was a local basal cell carcinoma that did not spread further in the body after removal,” she said.
In the pictures you can see Mirja du Mont doing the prevention. She also shows the inconspicuous, slightly red-discolored area of skin on her stomach: “That place looked so harmless,” she added. In another photo, du Mont is lying on a couch in the doctor’s office. “After a small operation, the basalioma was removed,” she gave the all-clear. She also wrote to her followers: “Please go to regular skin cancer screening.”
