General information: On October 5, 2023, Mithra Pharmaceuticals received, in accordance with article 7:130 of the Companies and Associations Code, a joint request from eight shareholders holding, together, (based on the certificates sent to the company by the aforementioned shareholders, and established by their respective approved account holders, certifying the registration in the account, in their name, of the numbers of corresponding dematerialized shares) 6.15% of the outstanding shares of the Company, add additional points and proposed resolutions to the agenda of the special general meeting of shareholders published on September 29, 2023. The additional points and proposed resolutions have been added to the agenda of the special general meeting as new items 5 and 6 of the agenda of the special general meeting and published by press release on October 11, 2023.
