Liège, Belgium, June 24, 2022 – 6:00 p.m. CET – Mithra Pharmaceuticals SA (Euronext Brussels: MITRA) (the “Company” or “Mithra”), a company dedicated to women’s health, today announces that it has completed the private placement of 3,871,491 new shares for a total amount of EUR 23.5 million that it had announced on June 21, 2022 (the “Private Placement”).
As a result of the completion of the Private Placement, the capital of the Company was increased from EUR 33,739,072.34 to EUR 36,573,390.90 and the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company was increased by 46 085,634 to 49,957,125 ordinary shares by issuing a total of 3,871,491 new shares at an issue price of EUR 6.07 per new share.
