MMA receives the Qualiweb 2022 Trophy for the best online customer relationship

The Qualiweb barometer of the best players in customer relations is established each year from emails and mystery posts sent to a panel of 220 companies covering 16 sectors of activity.

95.4/100: MMA obtained the best score among the 220 brands tested at the end of 2021. This score obtained by MMA assesses the deadlines, the relevance and the form of the answers as well as the quality of reception on the 3 online communication channels: messaging , emails and social networks. This rating rewards MMA’s ability to take care of all requests, with simplicity and via a real support process on all digital channels. Empathy, listening and optimism: these three values ​​carried by the MMA customer service teams have once again made the difference with the Cocédal Conseil marketing research institute, organizer of the Qualiweb Trophies.
