Modern Warfare 2: Infinity Ward reveals its reveal date and that of the next Battle Royale


As we told you, and if you follow the news of the Call of Duty license, you are aware that we indeed had the right to the Call of Duty League last weekend.

If this meeting was eagerly awaited by fans of the franchise, this event was an opportunity for the studio at the head of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 but also the next Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone 2 to not only reveal the beta dates for the FPS, but also the dates of the reveal of the first images of Multiplayer as well as the very first images of Warzone 2.

Infinity Ward Reveals Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Reveal Dates

We’re going to have to be patient for another good big month before we can discover the first images of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer. If the first rumors announced dates around mid-August, other information announced as for them, a reveal of the latter for the month of September, and it is now official according to the latest announcements from the studio.

Thereby, Infinity Ward gives us an appointment on Thursday, September 15 to discover the Multiplayer of its FPS which is now eagerly awaited by the community, but also to discover Warzone 2 as well as a first look at Call of Duty: Warzone but on mobile.

During this special meeting, we will have the right to a full reveal of MWII Multiplayerand we can therefore hope for the formalization of the DMZ mode, this mode à la Escape from Tarkov which has been talked about so much for several months now.

In addition, this date of September 15 will also be an opportunity to confirm or not everything that has been said about Warzone 2, with in particular its gameplay which should be very different from what we know at present with Warzone first of the name. Finally, we’ll also get a first look at Warzone mobile, also known as Project Aurora. According to various rumors, we should find our good old town of Verdansk.

See you in September for the Modern Warfare 2 beta

As we told you a little above, the Call of Duty League Championship was also an opportunity for Infinity Ward to lift the veil once and for all on the different beta phases of its next FPS.
