(AOF) – Moderna announced a contract with the Brazilian Ministry of Health (Ministério da Saúde) for the supply of its messenger RNA vaccine against Covid-19, as part of Brazil’s 2024 national vaccination campaign. This contract follows the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) approval of Moderna’s vaccine in March 2024. “We are proud to partner with the Ministry of Health to provide our mRNA vaccine against Covid -19 for the first time in Brazil,” said Stéphane Bancel, general manager.
