Mohamed Cheikh (Top Chef) unveils his recipes in a book


While a new season of Top Chef is in full swing, the winner of the 2021 edition Mohamed Cheikh is once again making headlines by publishing a recipe book.

“After long months of work, I am delighted to announce the release of my first cookbook in March 2022”, he launched on Instagram.

Appreciated for his good humor and his gourmet cuisine made with Mediterranean influences, the chef now has nearly 165,000 followers on Instagram. Since his victory in his final of Top Chef 2021, he has multiplied the projects.

Last summer his ephemeral restaurant Manzili, in the heart of the Jardin des Plantes in Paris, was a real hit. Reviews, word of mouth… reservations were quickly taken by storm. The scenario then repeated itself for his visit to the Pagode de Cos at the La Réserve palace in Paris.

In this book, the thirty-year-old chef presents his emblematic dishes which have already won over more than one palate. There are, for example, the prawn fritters with spicy sauce or the cocoa panna cotta, hazelnut crumble, pears and caramel. Mezzes and vegetarian dishes are also well represented.
