The story of the once world-famous intern Monica Lewinsky will soon go into series.

Before the start of the series of “American Crime Story: Impeachment”, the once world-famous intern Monica Lewinsky reveals what she regrets.

The story of the former intern in the White House, Monica Lewinsky (48), will be shown in a few days as the series “American Crime Story: Impeachment”. It revolves around her affair with then President Bill Clinton (74) in the mid-1990s, which would eventually have led to his impeachment and almost the end of his term (1993-2001).

In one Interview with the magazine “Vanity Fair” Lewinsky answered some very personal questions, including the one about her “greatest regret”. She replied, “That some of my choices have caused harm to others.”

The third “American Crime Story” season is based on the book by Jeffrey Toobin (61) “A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President” (2000). Starring Beanie Feldstein (28) as Monica Lewinsky, Clive Owen (56) as Bill Clinton, Sarah Paulson (46) as a former Pentagon employee Linda Tripp (1949-2020), Annaleigh Ashford (36) as a former state employee in Arkansas Paula Jones (54) and Billy Eichner (42) as journalist Matt Drudge (54).

Michael Uppendahl (“American Horror Story”) directs and is executive producer. Other producers include: Monica Lewinsky, Sarah Paulson, Beanie Feldstein, Jemima Khan (47) and Brad Falchuk (50).

The first episode of the new season is titled “Exiles” and will air on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 on FX. The series will celebrate its German premiere on Tuesday, September 28, at 8.15 p.m. on Sky Atlantic. The eight episodes then appear weekly.
