Milestone will be releasing a new officially licensed motocross racing game again this year, namely Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Video Game 6. Unveiled late last year with a trailer, the title is back today with a little new video :

This new trailer for Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Video Game 6 focuses mainly on the mode Careerthe developers detail:

Sweat, tears and mud await players in the next installment of the historic Supercross video game franchise which will feature all official racers and tracks. This year, the new career mode will take the competition to a whole new level, in which they can fully experience the adrenaline of competition and thus experience their own adventure at full speed. The path to glory will be more challenging than ever, thanks in particular to reworked physics and AI, offering on this occasion a most realistic experience, pushing players to give their best in order to achieve their dream, that of becoming a Supercross champion. Another factor that will improve the realism of the game is the “Riders Shape System”. This function is even more important for the gameplay of the game. Indeed, mental and physical health will play a major role, as they will have an impact on the performance of the runners.

Falling off your motorcycle is allowed, getting back on it is mandatory! It’s rule number 1 at the Supercross Academy, where riders will get their hands dirty under the supervision of their personal coach, Supercross king Jeremy McGrath. Using custom challenges and tutorials, the 7-time Supercross Champion will help them climb the ranks starting in the 250SX championships and eventually earning a spot in the 450SX to compete against their idols.

In order to achieve great results, players will need to get the best feel out of their bike. Beginners will be able to take advantage of new tools and settings to customize the driving aids according to their level (automatic piloting, automatic brakes, automatic acceleration, etc.), while the most experienced will be able to perfect their motorcycle and even choose their driving style using the skill tree.

Online, the competition promises to be intense with two new additions that will improve the competition: cross-play to compete against players, regardless of their console and the new ranking system to permanently record their achievements.

Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Video Game 6 release date is set for March 9, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You can already pre-order the game against €49.99 on Amazon.
