It was one of the few notable announcements in a frankly forgettable State of Play. But it wasn’t expected to come so soon.
Mount Hunter Wilds now has its official release date: February 28, 2025. The end of winter will therefore be reserved for hunting.
To celebrate the occasion, Capcom came with a fourth trailer. Giving pride of place to the Arkveld, the new flagship monster of the title. A beautiful big mysterious monster, with chain-shaped wings.
Otherwise, players who pre-order the title will get access to the “Hunter Special Armor Set: Guild Knight”, while those who do so on the PlayStation Store will also get a bonus mini digital artbook.
No Capcom title would be complete without its collector’s editions with improbable names, and this one is no exception. The Deluxe Edition is therefore offered for sale, which contains in addition to the base game some armor cosmetics for your hunter. But above all the Premium Deluxe Edition, which adds as a bonus three future cosmetic DLCs planned by summer 2025.
Monster Hunter Wilds will be available on February 28, 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. Right on time for the end of the fiscal year too, because that will make for nice numbers on the report.
