Unknown Worlds lifted the lid on its next title at Gamescom 2022, with a title that’s far different from Subnautica. moonbreaker presents itself as a strategy game that intends to give us a real board game experience, with the possibility of painting its figurines and unlocking more and more over the seasons. The game will soon be released in early access, and just to make some people want to try it, the game will offer two weekends of free play.
Two free trials before Early Access
We learn that moonbreaker will therefore be playable before its launch in early access, thanks to the Steam Preview Weekend program. Before knowing if you want to discover more about the game, you can try it for free from September 9 to September 11, then from September 16 to 18.
To access these free trials, simply go to the game’s page on Steam, and click on the “Request access” option. in the section “Participate in Moonbreaker Playtest”. These trials will give you access to all units from the first season of the game, and your paintings will be saved in case you want to buy the game later.
moonbreaker will be released in early access on September 29 on Steam. The final release will take place in 2023, at the earliest.
