More and more US citizens dissatisfied
Joe Biden is losing massive support
US President Biden is currently fighting on several fronts for popular support for his policies. A survey on his managerial qualities as head of state reveals that he seems to be falling behind. A majority of Americans are dissatisfied with Biden. A trend is thus continuing.
According to a survey, fewer and fewer Americans are satisfied with the work of US President Joe Biden. Of around 1000 people interviewed by telephone, only 41 percent were of the opinion that Biden is doing a good job overall, 53 percent gave him a bad report, such as from the opinion poll the “Washington Post” and the broadcaster ABC emerged.
Biden’s approval ratings have fallen in three consecutive polls. In April, around three months after taking office, 52 percent of those surveyed said he was doing a good job. Biden’s popularity had recently declined as a result of the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, the ongoing corona pandemic and the massive rise in inflation in the United States. In addition, given the narrow majorities in Congress, his Democrats find it very difficult to implement their political plans.
In the poll by the “Washington Post” and the broadcaster ABC, approval for Biden’s management of the corona pandemic has fallen from 64 percent in April to 47 percent. With regard to Biden’s economic policy, 39 percent of those surveyed gave him a good report, 55 percent said they were dissatisfied.
