Babeth warns Barbara
Barbara goes to the doctor’s office because she is very tired. After examination, Babeth tells him that his blood pressure is very high. Barbara replies that it’s probably because of everything that’s happening at the moment.
Babeth asks her why she failed Thomas and Barbara replies that it was not possible to work in a kitchen where a crime had been committed. Babeth advises him not to form an opinion too early, because for the moment, Kilian has not been found guilty.
In addition, Babeth advises Barbara to return to work quickly, because being inactive strongly impacts her morale, and therefore increases her tension. Will she follow the nurse’s valuable advice?
Steve and Nisma make their relationship official
At the Massalia residence, Steve has Nisma serviced. But the young woman is exhausted and has difficulty concentrating, particularly because of the Betty Solano affair. So, Yolande offers to prepare him a herbal tea to soothe him.
After tasting the famous herbal tea, Nisma finds a surprising boost of energy. She even bursts out laughing, which surprises Steve. The young man asks Yolande what she put in the tea and she replies: “I may have dosed a little too much.”.
A few minutes later, Steve joins Nisma in her room. The young woman is sleeping. When she wakes up, Nisma is stressed because she feels she has wasted too much time revising. She’s mad at Steve for not waking her up sooner.
To reassure her, he asks her to recite out loud the last things she learned before falling asleep. Against all expectations, the young woman performed flawlessly. Steve tells him: “You see that sleeping works.”
Nisma thanks Steve for helping her, she feels reassured and more confident for her exams. He replies that it was nice to spend all that time with her. The young man takes the opportunity to ask her if he can kiss her, and Nisma takes the lead. Is this the beginning of a beautiful love story in the Mistral?
Thomas is in danger
At the bar-restaurant Le Mistral, Djawad and Thomas wonder if Betty might not be hidden with her mother, Karine Solano. Suddenly, Thomas has an idea: he wants to secretly go to Karine’s house to verify this theory.
For her part, Betty’s mother is questioned by Ariane and Jean-Paul. She reveals to them that she had little contact with her daughter and that she did not know that she was back in Marseille. Jean-Paul asks her what she thinks of Kilian and she replies that she had no problem with him. Once the interrogation was over, Jean-Paul said to his colleague: “I don’t feel this woman.”
At the penitentiary center, Djawad visits Aya. He explains to her that she risks three years in prison if she is found guilty, but promises her that that will not happen because he has discovered things about Betty. He said to his sister: “Thomas and I are doing everything we can to get you out of there.”
Thomas and Djawad discreetly go to Karine Solano’s house. They wait until she’s out to break in. They take the opportunity to search everywhere, but they find nothing about the potential presence of Betty.
Suddenly, Djawad discovers a gel against burns inside a cupboard. The tube is well underway. Could it be to treat the burn on Betty’s hand? The two men leave, but what they don’t know is that someone is watching them.
Back at the bar-restaurant Le Mistral, Thomas is totally lost in the investigation. Suddenly, he sniffs a strange smell, then collapses to the ground, completely unconscious.
