Plus belle la vie made its comeback this Monday January 8 on TF1. And it was with a first episode that got off to a flying start that viewers were able to find the former inhabitants of the Mistral.
In the last minutes of the first episode, Francesco (Emanuele Giorgi) felt unwell during the inauguration party of the new bar. In a coma since then, it seems that Estelle’s companion (Elodie Varlet) was poisoned. Doctors found a large quantity of atropine in his blood, a cardiac stimulant which can be fatal in high doses.
But who could have been so angry with Francesco that they wanted to kill him? The police may have an idea. During his interrogation, Killian explained to investigators that a strange man was roaming around the bar on the day of its inauguration.
In the first episode, Francesco also had a violent altercation with this mysterious man on the Place du Mistral. For the police there is no doubt, they have their suspect there. Unfortunately they only have a photo of him.
Who is the mysterious man?
The identity of this man, who seems to be suspect number 1 in the eyes of the police, is already known to viewers of the first hour of Plus belle la vie. It was in fact during the bonus entitled “Black-Out”, broadcast in November 2021, that we met him.
While she thought that Francesco was cheating on him with a certain Sylvia, who turned out to be the cook’s sister, Estelle had an affair with Benjamin (Krees De Almeida), the latter’s husband. Of course this story didn’t last.
