More beautiful life: why are Djawad and Agathe in prison?

As the plot of “Plus belle la vie” on the escapees is about to begin, we reveal to you why Djawad and Agathe found themselves locked up in the Baumettes prison.

This is the plot that fans of Plus belle la vie are eagerly awaiting. This Thursday, September 15, some of the most iconic villains of the daily soap opera of France 3 will make their comeback, to the great misfortune of the inhabitants of the Mistral.

Dr. Livia, Pavel and Stan Mercier will indeed manage to escape the police during a prison transfer that will turn out badly. In this convoy which transports the criminals are also Djawad Sangha (David Baïot) and Agathe Robin (Valérie Baurens), two emblematic characters who left the Mistral several years ago.

If these two characters have, in the past, already had to deal with the police for small crimes, no one expected their big comeback to take place in these circumstances. Only one question then arises: why did these two characters end up in prison?

How did Djawad end up behind bars?

The last time we saw Djawad in Plus belle la vie was in 2017. The character played by David Baïot had said goodbye to the inhabitants of the Mistral to settle in Switzerland. But what could have led this character to end up at Les Baumettes 5 years later?

In an extract revealed on the France TV site, we learn that the young man was serving a 4-year prison sentence for drug trafficking. A news that surprises Boher who thought the young man was finally tidied up.

What prompted Djawad to reconnect with his old demons? Will he really try to escape or will he turn himself in to the police? Answer in the next episodes of More beautiful

Why is Agathe Robin at Les Baumettes?

A former prostitute who fell into drugs, Agathe Robin was introduced during the second season of Plus belle la vie. Very quickly, she had become the companion of Léo Castelli (Pierre Martot), who had helped her to rebuild herself.

In 2010, the character had definitively left the soap opera to find his son, Maxime. If the fans of the series thought that she was now leading a peaceful life far from Marseille, it would seem that Agathe has returned to the Marseille city for several months now, without anyone knowing.

Once again a prostitute, she is awaiting her trial after having killed her Mac. In an excerpt from Thursday’s episode, we discover that his lawyer is none other than Céline Frémont. She will try to reassure her client who is convinced that no one will believe that she killed her Mac in self-defense.

A case made complicated by Agathe’s refusal to call on Léo Castelli or Mirta Torres to testify on her behalf. She would indeed be too ashamed if they learned that she had fallen back into prostitution.

How is she going to get out of this? Will she finally dare to ask her old friends for help? Answer in the next episodes of Plus belle la vie, available in preview on Salto.
