Mortal Kombat 1 was revealed at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, where developers also revealed how much Miles Morales has changed in Spider-Man 2.

In a new trailer, Insomniac Games revealed the guest characters for the upcoming game. In addition to the classic Mortal Kombat characters such as Raiden, Kung Lao and Kitana, guest characters from the world of films and series await you again.

Guest Characters

As the reveal video confirms, The Boys’ Homelander is playable in Mortal Kombat 1. The circulating leak also proves to be true. In addition to Homelander, the remaining five guest characters are now also known, which are part of the Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack.

These include the Peacemaker from the DC Universe, Omni-Man from Invincible, as well as Ermac, Quan Chi and Takeda. The Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack is a DLC that is already included in the Premium and Collector’s Editions of the game.

You can see the figures in action from September 19th. Because then the title will appear for PC, Nintendo Switch, PS5 and the Xbox Series X/S. It should also be possible to test Mortal Kombat 1 in advance during Gamescom in August.
