The movie reboot of “Mortal Kombat” gets a sequel. It has now been announced that “Moon Knight” writer Jeremy Slater will be writing the screenplay.

Jeremy Slater, executive writer for the Disney+ series Moon Knight recently signed on as screenwriter for the sequel. Other actors and crew members have not yet been announced, and the script is still in the planning stage. So there are no details about the plot of “Mortal Kombat 2”.
