The family had been in the business for a while when Janko’s son Noah suddenly had an urgent need to go to the bathroom. “He hasn’t needed a diaper for a good six months. He’s very proud of that,” says his mom. She asked an employee for help – and couldn’t believe her ears. “The deputy branch manager explained to me that I had to look for a public toilet and was very rude,” Janko is horrified.
