The victim suffered in particular from a fractured shoulder and foot. “The authors asked him for a cigarette. When he handed it to the driver, the latter grabbed him by the arm, held him back by force and started by accelerating”, described Eric Mathais, the prosecutor of Seine-Saint-Denis. .

The second victim in the video has not been identified to date, he said. A young woman, who does not appear in the images but says she suffered similar facts, has also filed a complaint.
