Lying down, the hood of his sweatshirt on his head and with oxygen glasses in his nose, Moundir raises a thumbs up. Even though he looks exhausted, he tries more than anything to stay positive. As he explains, his fight against the coronavirus is far from over: “A very special day today … The English variant Covid-19 took a length on me but I wanted to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your messages of support, love and help. . “.

After detailing the effects of Covid-19 a few days ago, Moundir Zoughari continues to tell the daily life of a patient suffering from the disease. “This photo is not that of an influencer but of a person seriously affected by the Covid, the rehabilitation days are hard, I search and I bump my breathing when I am not on respiratory assistance and, believe me , it’s just hell “, he explains.

This dad of three children concludes his Instagram post with a much needed prevention message: “Really young people, watch yourselves, hospitals and intensive care units are full of young people.”
