(AOF) – MRM, a real estate company specializing in commercial real estate, announces that the Board of Directors meeting today took note of the resignation of its president, François de Varenne, in his capacity as director and decided to co-opt Louis Bourrousse to replace him. François de Varenne has been a director and Chairman of the Board of MRM since the recapitalization operation which allowed Scor SE to become a majority shareholder of MRM in 2013.
He has since seen his role at Scor broaden: after serving as interim CEO at the start of the year, he was appointed financial director and deputy CEO at the end of May.
The Board also took note of the replacement of Karina Lelièvre by Carole de Rozières as permanent representative of Scor SE.
