Mulan: Disney postpones theatrical release because of the corona crisis

Now Walt Disney Pictures is also following suit and postpones the planned start of the real filming of "Mulan". Also "X-Men: New Mutants" and "Antlers" will not be released as planned in late March or mid-April. The reason for the relocation is the continued uncontrolled spread of the coronavirus and the resulting consequences for the cinema industry.

A replacement start date is currently being sought this year, but an exact date has not yet been determined. Disney is the last major film studio to react to the current exceptional situation and postpone its blockbuster starts. Previously, the relocation of "James Bond: No time to die" was the main topic.
