60 firefighters mobilized
About 60 firefighters were mobilized and quickly brought the fire under control, which required the evacuation of around 100 residents of the tower. 24 people inhaled the fumes and were examined on the spot by a medical team from Samu de Mulhouse. Four of them, in relative urgency, were taken to hospital for examinations. The top four floors of the tower are temporarily inaccessible.
