MultiVersus, it’s one of the most anticipated free-to-play games of the year. Officialized last November and developed by Player First Games, the game mainly uses the codes of Super Smash Bros.
However, although it is a smash like, MultiVersus wants to offer a different experience from the fighting game it is inspired by. For example, the 2v2 mode seems particularly advanced, because it will be possible for a player to interact directly with the specificities of his partner.
The Warner Bros game, however, remains a smash like and thus each character has his own attacks, and his own combos. While the open beta will land on July 26, it is possible that new characters have already been discovered…
19 new characters?
Let us detail everything for you. At launch, MultiVersus displays a total of 16 characterswhose 12 are locked. It is possible to unlock Wonder Woman by completing the tutorial but the rest of the fighters must be unlocked using Corners (obtained through battles), Gleamium (purchased with real money), or Character Tokens (Character Pieces).
These are obtained in particular through the various Founders Pack available for MultiVersus, including the Premium packagewhich gives the player 30 Character Pieces.
If you have done the correct calculations, you will therefore conclude that there remains a total of 11 characters to unlock with Coins, while 30 are given to Premium Pack holders. 19 other characters would therefore be coming soon?

This is suggested by the findings of a certain @hugeleakeractually on Reddit. The latter had already, in the past, leaked the very existence of the game a few years ago. Now, he maintains that these characters are indeed coming to MultiVersus:
