If available in early access since July 19, MultiVersus will arrive in open beta this July 26 and will allow all players to discover this Smash Bros. fighting game. During the San Diego Comic Con, MultiVersus also looked at its short-term future, revealing some information on the characters who will soon be integrated.
Three characters arrive very quickly
Thus, as of July 26, it’s the basketball star, and recently turned actor, LeBron James, who will be integrated into the roster of MultiVersus. The latter even had the right to a gameplay video, briefly presenting his abilities. The movie Space Jam: New Era being published by Warner, it is not surprising to see LeBron James being added to the game, via his character.
Then, in August, it will be the turn of Morty Smith, from the Rick and Morty series, to be addedon August 9 more precisely on the occasion of the launch of season 1. Later, we will be able to welcome Rick Sanchez, his grandfather, but no date has yet been revealed. These last two have not yet been presented on video, but it will not be long. However, some information has been communicated, since Rick will be a Mage and Morty a Slugger.
Other characters will then be added, but their identity has not yet been revealed. However, several rumors can give us clues.
