Warner Bros. Games and Player First Games will launch this year MultiVersusa fighting game Super Smash Bros. which has already had a closed alpha. But as expected, the title will be accessible by all interested players through an open betawhich is finally detailed.
The MultiVersus open beta will be available from July 26, 2022 on PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, with cross play and one rollback based on a dedicated server. A general public test phase focused on competition is the goal of the developers, and it will even be possible to participate in this open beta from July 19, provided you have already had access to the closed alpha or by obtaining codes via of the drops on Twitch. During this beta, players will be able to embody 16 characters, namely Batman, Superman, wonder woman and harley quinn of DC, sammy and Velma of Scooby Doo, bugs bunny and the Tasmanian devil (taz) of the looney tunes, Arya Stark of Game Of Thrones, tom and jerry, Jake the dog and Finn the human ofAdventure Time, Steven Universe and Garnetwithout forgetting Dog-Reindeer and a newcomer, iron giant. Battles will take place on eight different maps, including the BatcaveI’Tree-House ofAdventure Time and the Haunted Mansion of Scooby Doo., with various game modes: 1 against 1, 2 against 2, each for himself with 4 players, the Lab training, tutorials and local matches for up to 4 players.
