After a leak, Warner Bros. Games unveiled MultiVersus, a fighting game free-to-play with characters from its famous franchises like Batman, Superman, Tom & Jerry, harley quinn, Arya Stark or sammy of Scooby Doo. The title has already been entitled to a trailer with excerpts from gameplaybut this week we find out even more.
A user, who probably has access to an internal test version, has indeed shared more than four minutes of gameplay by MultiVersus via VK Video, obviously taking care to hide the indications on the screen which would make it possible to find it, hence the black bands everywhere. This does not really prevent us from seeing that MultiVersus draws heavily on Super Smash Bros. of nintendowith a gameplay asking to hit his opponent as much as possible to raise a gauge before sending him into the background to win the game. It’s hard to say if the game will manage to establish itself as a serious competitor, but its economic model free-to-play should already help boost its popularity from its launch.
But still no release date in sight, MultiVersus is simply expected in 2022 on PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You can find cards NHP on Amazon.
