How should patch 23.6 impact the HS Battlegrounds meta?

Patch 23.6 brings quite a few changes to the Tavern. The new hero doesn’t seem to particularly stand out, although he has a good synergy with the nagas. However, the mech composition is picking up the slack and risks being disputed quite regularly.
