OBesides the horror of the facts and the immense emotion they arouse, the murder of Lola, 12, which certain politicians did not fail to seize – to the point of bringing out the Keeper of the Seals, Éric Dupond – Moretti, on his hinges, Tuesday, October 18 in the National Assembly -, will relaunch, in the coming weeks, two highly inflammable social debates: the fate reserved for foreigners in an irregular situation, on which the Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, has already been arrested, and the question of the criminal responsibility of the perpetrator, which will be at the heart of future legal debates.
