Ln Monday, October 17, Dahbia B. was indicted two days after the discovery of young Lola’s body in a trunk. Judicial information was then opened for “murder of a minor under the age of 15 in connection with a rape committed with acts of torture and barbarism”, “rape of a minor aged 15 with acts of torture and barbarism” and “concealment corpse”. The main suspect, 24, was known to the police as a victim of domestic violence in 2018. Tuesday, October 25, BFMTV reports that she was also targeted by a handrail in 2019.
The young woman had presented herself in a medical practice north of Paris. After her consultation, Dahbia B. had refused to pay, believing that she had not requested the care that had been given to her. An altercation then broke out with two medical secretaries. One of them said she was covered in bruises and was entitled to a work stoppage. After hitting the two women, Dahbia B. had left the scene uttering a threat: “I’m going to come back, you don’t know what I’m capable of. »

A handrail deposited
The suspect had finally returned, accompanied by a friend, in order to pay part of the fees for the consultation. The two medical secretaries still filed a handrail, for fear that their attacker would come back and carry out her threats. The criminal record of Dahbia B. is today at the heart of the judicial investigation opened by the Paris prosecutor’s office, which also wishes to establish the personality of the alleged murderer.
