Murder of Nathalie Debaillie in 2019: the reconstituted feminicide

On May 27, 2019, Nathalie Debaillie was found dead by the police. She had lost her life after being kidnapped and beaten by her ex-partner and three accomplices. This Tuesday, January 12, the kidnapping was reconstituted.

The goal: to compare and compare the different versions.

The family was not allowed to attend but was still present at the place where Nathalie Debaillie had been kidnapped.

The drama began May 27, 2019, shortly after 8 a.m. The 47-year-old woman was forcibly taken to the Société Générale garage, where she worked, before being transported in a van to her ex-companion’s apartment, in La Madeleine.

It was there that she was found dead a few hours later.

A two-step reconstruction

Jérôme Tonneau, her ex-companion, confessed to having ordered the kidnapping, committed with three accomplices, then having killed her with a cutter.

The examining magistrate therefore organized a reconstruction. It must take place in two acts which began with this kidnapping in the parking lot.

The second part of the reconstruction of the crime will take place on Friday. In 2019, Nathalie Debaillie was one of 146 women killed by their companion (or ex) in France.
