This Saturday, September 10, France 3 will broadcast two TV movies from the “Meurtres à…” series. In the second part of the evening, viewers will thus be able to (re)discover Meurtres à Étretat, broadcast for the first time in 2015. But was this fiction filmed near the famous cliffs? What happened to Gilbert Maréchal? One day, the body of this great notable was found dead after falling from the cliffs of Étretat. Everything suggests that it is a suicide, but quickly, the police discover a threatening letter in his car, which seems to indicate that it could in fact be a murder. The investigation is then entrusted to Lieutenants Karine Zenko and Victor Ortega, who are teaming up for the first time. The two police officers will then discover secrets buried in the Maréchal clan. In addition, the deceased had bequeathed his fortune to help restore an abbey whose nun, Sister Elisabeth, disappeared the very day of his death. Are the two cases related..? The filming of this episode of the series “Murders at…” its took place at the end of November 2014, in Étretat. The film crews thus set up their cameras in the pretty little seaside village located in Seine-Maritime. They have in particular shot in the streets of Étretat with great views of the cliffs and the chapel, but also of the covered market, the beach and even the town hall. But the teams also recorded a few scenes in the town of Bénouville (Calvados), as well as in Fécamp (Seine-Maritime).
Bruno Madinier: “Adriana is a very funny girl!”
During an interview with Télé Star in 2015, Bruno Madinier had agreed to confide in playing partner, Adriana Karembeu. The actor, revealed in the series Les Cordier judge and cop, had explained in particular that the former model had a lot of humor, far from the somewhat strict image that she can sometimes send back. “Adriana is a very funny girl! And a very professional actress who trained every evening with her coach to reduce the language barrier. It is clear that she did not want to miss her shot because it was her first real big role “he indicated.
