Murders, sun and time loop on the menu of Summer Time Rendering

Broadcast since April in Japan and on Disney+ (but not in France), Summer Time Rendering is not yet particularly known but enjoys a very solid reputation among lovers of thrillers and time loops, the story of young Shinpei Ajiro cheerfully merging the two concepts against the backdrop of the paradisiacal setting of his native island.

An island to which the protagonist travels at the beginning of the adventure, not to spend a dream vacation, but to attend the funeral of his childhood friend, Ushio Kofune, supposedly drowned but whose neck presents suspicious marks under her long blond hair. Before being able to get anything straight, Shinpei himself will die at the hands of someone close to him… and wake up on the boat that takes him to the island to attend Ushio’s funeral.

In short, the friends ofHigurashi, erased and others Re:Zero have every interest in looking into the subject, especially since Summer Time Rendering is the 25-episode adaptation of the manga Time Shadows by Yasuki Tanaka, whose 13 volumes are available in France from Dark Kana editions. As for the game, Mages has not yet announced anything about the platforms (we bet on PS4/Switch) and the genre (we bet on the visual novel), as can be seen on the official page. The trailer below is therefore that of the series and not of the game.
