The second official day of MWC 2022 seemed to be going quietly until the Qualcomm roundtable. The Metaverse and AR/VR glasses continue to make waves at the Barcelona show. In the video recap, field reporter Ben reveals the most interesting events of MWC 2022 Day 2!
While Antoine and Ben did a great experiment with the HTC Vive in Hall 7 of the show, Fabi and I took part in a roundtable with the Qualcomm team and partners like T-Mobile. Up until this meeting, Metaverse and its VR, AR, and mixed reality gadgets sounded like buzzwords. However, when Qualcomm execs say the company wants to be the ticket to the Metaverse, things get more exciting.
Speaking of products, we finally got our hands on the OnePlus 10 Pro. The device looks really great and the OnePlus team even removed the phone from the stand to take videos and photos. And while the hands-on of the device is still under development, you can see some pictures of the smartphone in the recap of the second day of the fair.

In addition to the OnePlus 10 Pro, various VR glasses and the Metaverse, the fast charging technology developed by Oppo and OnePlus with a charging capacity of 240 watts shows that the future still has a few surprises in store for us.
